Failure and AD warranty
All Ad products got the manufacturer warranty. The warranty duration could depend on the product.
In case of failure, you can contact any of our AD shop who will take care of the problem and propose you a solution (reparation, replacement,…)
You also can send a request for online for after sales service through your customer account going in the return tab of your account
After the manufacturer warranty period you will be able to contact your AD dealer for any problem regarding your product. He will be able to advise you and will propose you, after checking, a reparation or a new product.
