The 'First' starter battery consumes very little water thanks to its degassing system, providing an optimum ratio between starting and service requirements.
This marine battery has a shorter discharge life, which means it can be stored for longer and is resistant to vibration.
It can be secured by means of a 5-notch clip. The battery is easy to carry thanks to its ergonomic handle. All DOLPHIN batteries are manufactured using laminated expanded metal technology, guaranteeing consistent quality and longer life. They have a positive laminated expanded lead/calcium/tin grid and a negative lead/calcium grid. Finally, the medium-thick plates are fitted with separators.
As far as safety is concerned, the manufacturer has done everything possible to maximise it while respecting the environment as much as possible. The batteries have a cover fitted with a centralised degassing ramp designed to avoid any risk of electrolyte overflow. The plugs with labyrinths are fitted with an anti-deflagration system to ensure there is no flame propagation.
