Description
The angled chain-anchor junction is an integral part of every piece of equipment on a boat. This tool is ideal for retrieving the boat's anchor. When positioned on the windlass, the elbow automatically directs the anchor downwards. This prevents the anchor from getting stuck in the davit. This quality joint is made from mirror-polished 316 stainless steel. To adapt to different anchor sizes, we offer two models.
The first is designed for a 6 to 8 mm diameter chain. This model supports a total load of 1800kg and a breaking load of 3720kg.
The second is designed for a 10 to 12mm diameter chain. This one supports a total load of 2000kg and has a breaking load of 6770kg.
Fitting the elbow joint is quick and easy and can be further simplified by using a joint shackle without an eye.
