Delivery
Take care, some products got some particular transport regulations (hazardous, corrosive, flammable, explosive, ...) and can not be delivered at your home. If you have any of these products in your cart, only delivery in a store will be proposed.
Delivery at Home
AD NAUTIC deliver quickly and safely in France, west Europe and French DOM-TOM. More than 80% of the products are stocked in our warehouse. The delivery is then immediate. If the product is not in our warehouse, delivery could be delayed by 5 to 10 days, time to be delivered by our supplier.
Order process
Product in stock are delivered within 24 hours. In case the product is not available in our stock, the delay can depend on the availability from our supplier. Delivery to another adress
If you may not be at home for the delivery, you can be delivered to another adress, just give the new adress when ordering.
Delivery ways
Depending on destination, we suggest standard delivery by DPD (predict) or Colissimo, or Express delivery by Chronopost.
Delivery by DPD is quick, safe and economical.
Standard delivery in continental France
Delivery by DPD (24h/48h) on appointment in a time slot of 3 hours Interaction via SMS or via the consignee space. Choice between 10 different dates between 8 am and 6 pm
As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, delivery is generaly done within 48 hours.

Delivery in DPD withdrawal point*
More than 5 000 withdrawal points in France. An SMS will be sent to you as soon the parcel arrive in the withdrawal point.

Delivery in French DOM-TOM
The delivery will be done by Colissimo Expeert International. The delay could be 5 to 7 days, depending the destination, if you are not at home for the delivery, a note will be put in your mailbox.
Delivery costs.
Depending size and weight of the parcel. For parcel under 5kg, a price will be given when ordering.

Free delivery in a Shop
Order inline and be delivered in an AD NAUTIC Shop AD NAUTIC offer an exclusive service to help you save time. You choose quietly your products on the AD NAUTIC website. You order those products and you select an AD NAUTIC shop. Your order will be prepared in our warehouse and sent free of charge to the selected shop (delay is between 2 and 10 days).
