Produced by the EPIFANES brand, EPIFANES gloss varnish 1L is one of the most essential marine accessories on board a ship. It is a very high quality varnish, which comes in a 1 L aluminium can, perfect for complete use, whatever the surface.
This varnish is renowned for its use both inside and outside above the waterline. Its role is to protect wood against discolouration, whatever the climatic conditions to which it is subjected. Even in intense tropical climates, it is effective thanks to its ultraviolet filter.
The product is transparent and glossy: it is made from a special blend of oils. It is made from a special blend of oils: wood oil and phenolic alkyd resin with anti-yellowing properties. This composition is suitable for all types of wood construction, although the product works best on flexible woods.
The varnish has a coverage of 14 m2 per litre. It has real resistance to the various problems associated with water, such as corrosion, colour retention and weathering of all kinds. It is highly durable and can be recoated after 24 hours at 18°C. The product is very fluid and has a brilliant shine. In other words, once it's applied to your boat, it gives it a real shine.
