Description
WINDYPLUG is a new NMEA 2000 interface for CV3 and CV7 wind sensors. The WINDYPLUG is compact, with a design similar to that of the BaroPlug, and is compatible with all NMEA 2000 V2 and V3 equipment.
WINDYPLUG features a male MICRO C connector for direct connection to a NMEA2000 bus. The WINDYPLUG is a 'Plug and Play' device: simply plug it into the NMEA2000 installation backbone. Power supply via the NMEA 2000 network: 8V/28VDC
WindyPlug weighs 35g and is 13cm long with a diameter of less than 2cm.
This is a Plug and Play device.
The interface connects to the standard CV7, CV7-V or CV7-C end cable.
This method simplifies installation and provides immediate readings of air pressure, wind speed, wind angle and wind temperature.
